With a sophisticated computer system to track inventory networked through all of our facilities, we are able to respond accurately and efficiently to our customers' needs. Our industry-leading information technology provides full traceability of our products, right down to the pallet.
Food Safety and Security
Lakeside Produce is Primus-third party certified. Our customers can sell our products with confidence, because our food safety policy stands behind each and every vegetable we market. We require our growers to adhere to documented Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).

At Lakeside Produce we have security measures in place to ensure we have top quality, safe produce.
- To enter our greenhouses we have a swipe card security system so only authorized individuals can enter particular areas of our operation.
- Our uniforms have a computer chip in each one to identify any uniform that has been worn more than once without being cleaned.
- We also have surveillance cameras to ensure proper procedures are being followed throughout our operation.
