MANGO GUACAMOLE

PREP TIME:  15 Minutes

SERVES: Four

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 avocados
  • 3 Lakeside Tomatoes on the Vine, chopped
  • 1 Lakeside Orange Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 jalapeno, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Scoop out and cube avocado and mango into small pieces.

Lightly mash the avocado, leaving your mix chunky.

Mix with remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss with lime juice.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy with your favorite nacho chips!
