PREP TIME:  25 Minutes

  • 10 oz Ground Beef

  • 2 Buns

  • 1 Lakeside Beefsteak Tomato

  • 1 RealSweet Vidalia Onion

  • 1 Cup Arugula

  • 1/2 Cup Provolone Cheese

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 3 Tbsp Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Tsp Honey Mustard

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice

  • Salt and Pepper

Fried Potatoes

  • 1L Vegetable Oil

  • 2-3 Potatoes

  • 2 Rosemary Sprigs

  • 4 Thyme Sprigs

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

To make the fried potatoes, chop the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.

In a large saucepan, add the vegetable oil, garlic, and herbs. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add potatoes and fry until golden brown and crispy. Salt to taste and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.

Divide beef in half and form 2 balls. Stuff the provolone into the beef and press to form patties.

Heat the grill (if using a grill pan, add olive oil) and cook the burger on each side for 3-4 minutes until nicely charred.

Butter the buns and add to the grill to lightly toast.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble your burgers, adding sauce, patties and arugula onto the buns. Top with a juicy tomato slice and sweet onion rings.
