Shrimp and Cherry Tomatoes Recipe
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
- 1 pint, Lakeside Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally until pink - about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in lemon juice and add cherry tomatoes, gently tossing to combine.
Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
